Initial consultation/set up fees  $50

· One on one/phone call meeting to discuss goals and objectives.

· Discuss an overall periodised training plan

· Questionnaire sent prior to meeting/phone call

* Current fitness level

* Short and long term goals

* Commitments and hours available to train

* Strengths and Limiters

· Set up fee applies to all new clients and previous clients inactive for 6months or longer

 

Training Programs $100

· 4 week personalised training program

· Adjustments to programme  as required

· Weekly emails and review of training diary

· Written swim sessions extra $2 per session

· Written indoor training sessions $4 per session

 

Power Testing $60 per test

· Approx 1hr test measure power output

· Recommend retesting every 1-3mths to measure power output improvement based on initial benchmark.

· Gain power output training zones and Heart Rate zones

 

Mentoring $50-$100 (price varies based on personal needs)

· Help with mental preparation for races

· Discuss motivation issues/sounding board/advice offered

· One on one training partner
